Foundations of Breathwork for Self Care

This foundational course introduces breathwork as a self care tool. In it, students will learn the origin and benefits of breathwork, as well as the two methods and corresponding patterns. Students will also learn when it is appropriate to use each method, be able to demonstrate each pattern, and create their own breath blend to demo for class. Students will leave with the foundation to add breathwork into their self care practices.
